Getting pre-qualified for a home mortgage is one of the very first steps you should consider when beginning your home search.  With a brief conversation over the telephone I will be able let you know how much of a home you will be able to purchase and tailor a loan program to fit your individual needs.  A pre-qualification letter lets the seller know that you are serious about buying a new home and gives you additional negotiating power when making an offer on a new home.
