Probably the best example of Donna’s skill and commitment to her clients was when she either directly or indirectly assisted in relocating the owner of a company along with his entire crew and families.
When Frank Rehak decided to transfer his business, The Drive Shaft Shop, from Long Island , NY to North Carolina, he had no clue on where to search or even how to carry this out. So after discovering Donna’s HouseHunt website, he contacted her and as a result continues to utter only appreciative comments about her treatment of him and his team.
As Frank admitted to us, “ I never really liked realtors, especially coming from Long Island which is basically one big neighborhood.” But he quickly reformed his opinion after he began working with Donna. “Donna went the extra six miles to relocate us.” Frank boasted as he found it difficult to stop his accolades of her.
After initially flying out a few times to meet with Donna, Frank and his wife seriously began their search in August of “04 where at one point Donna drove them through 6-8 different communities for three straight days in order to view properties. And with them not being familiar with the area, Donna made every effort to ensure that Frank and his wife were at ease throughout the entire process to a point where “She even made sure we had snacks and water in the car.”
A few more trips soon followed as Donna answered every inquiry that Frank and his wife had regarding such subjects as schools and shopping. Plus as Frank explains it, “If she didn’t know the answer, she immediately got back to us with one.” Unfortunately at this point a house was not yet discovered that met her client’s requirements.
Not one to become discouraged, Donna arranged another trip for Frank, which included a four day marathon search through more neighborhoods. His search officially ended in February ’05 when Frank purchased the property where he and his family now live.
But the story doesn’t end there as Donna assisted in the relocation of Frank’s team of 5 employees, along with their families, into homes within close proximity to their new 22,000 sq ft facility in Salisbury, NC which by the way, Donna also located and closed for Frank.
Frank and Lorraine Rehak are Donna’s clients for life.
